The vendor is required to provide to manage the existing studio b space in the basement, to create a new Pilates studio.
- We are looking to have construction start on august 25, 2025, during the 1 week shut down of the agency. 
- The vendor should be operational no later than January 1, 2026.
- City responsibilities:
• Provide space for programming, pay all associated utilities in spaces, and general access to and from said spaces.
• All programming to be done within posted building hours
• Provide marketing assistance to help promote class offerings.
• All marketing from vendor must be approved by the recreation marketing office – no exceptions.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
- Mandatory On-Site Visit Date: June 10, 2025
