The vendor is required to provide marketing firms or agencies to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign aimed at increasing public awareness and adoption of preventative health care practices.

- Campaign strategy and planning.
• Develop a creative and data-driven marketing strategy, including messaging, channels, and KIPs.
- Media planning and buying.
• Recommend and purchase media placements across relevant channels (digital mail, radio, digital news publications, newsletter, billboards, etc.).
• Produce and coordinate a multimedia marketing campaign, social marketing activities, branding, and various communication efforts that are researched, developed, evaluated, appropriate for the target audiences, and meet campaign goals that are approved by agency.
- Digital marketing and social media.
• Manage campaign implementation on digital platforms including SEO and SEM, email, and social media engagement.
- Community outreach support.
• Develop materials for events, workshops, and grassroots outreach.
• Develop a community health worker toolkit, including design, copy editing, packaging and related graphic assets.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Track cost-effectiveness of campaign performance.

• Track the campaign effectiveness in reaching the campaign target audiences and changes in the campaign target audiences’ knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors.
• Provide innovative approaches to messaging, branding, and production to meet campaign goals.
• Collect metrics based on media and marketing industry standards including click through rates, website visits or downloads, impressions, engagements, average engagement rate, audio completion rate, video completion rate, conversions, reach, and frequency.
