- Services requested include photography, videography (including drone footage), graphic design, brand and website development and digital marketing.
- This campaign will target commercial real estate developers, brokers, and investors to position the site as a high-value opportunity within the city.
a. 3d renderings and visualization
• Produce high-quality, photo-realistic 3d renderings illustrating the site’s redevelopment potential.
• Include multiple perspectives (aerial, street-level, interior concepts if applicable).
• Align designs with existing zoning, infrastructure, and development goals.
b. Drone footage & conceptual site plan
• Capture drone video and still photography of the property and its surroundings.
• Create a branded aerial video showcasing the site’s context and access.
• Develop a conceptual site plan outlining proposed uses and design approach.
c. Dedicated property website
• Design a user-friendly, mobile-responsive website featuring:
o Project overview
o Embedded drone video and renderings
o Downloadable brochures and site plans
o Contact form and lead capture
o Hosting and analytics integration
d. Custom signage design
• Develop high-impact property signage (e.g., “now leasing” or “coming soon”).
• Provide final print-ready design files and coordinate production if required.
e. Targeted digital advertising campaign
• Design and manage a digital ad campaign targeting:
o Commercial brokers, developers, and site selectors
o Geographic targets (local/regional/national as appropriate)
• Platforms may include google ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry channels.
• Provide monthly analytics and performance reports.
f. Content development
• Write compelling copy for:
o Website, ads, and print collateral
o Social media captions
o Email newsletters (if applicable)
• Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice, value proposition, and target audience.
g. Social media development & management
• Create and manage social media content focused on promoting the site.
• Deliver a 30–60-day content calendar with graphics and captions.
• Platforms may include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and twitter/x.
• Monitor performance, respond to engagement, and provide campaign analytics.
