The vendor is required to provide maternal and child health needs assessment and consultation services.
- Organize and facilitate bi-monthly (every other month) educational opportunities for members of the domain leads and partners meeting.
• Poll members of the group to learn about training needs.
• Research available presentations and/or live presenters to address the needs.
• Schedule and facilitate education opportunities.
- Assist with domain leads and partners meeting preparation and follow-up on items such as:
• Conducting research pertaining to agenda items.
• Developing and distributing agendas.
• Facilitating meetings on the opposite month of the educational opportunity months.
• Taking and distributing notes.
• Hosting meetings through the awarded bidder’s virtual platform(s).
- Manage performance monitoring and reporting processes for the five (5) domains:
• Women and maternal health;
• Perinatal and infant health;
• Child health;
• Adolescent health; and
• Children and youth with special health needs.
- Provide consultation and advice related to the action plans, including but not limited to:
• Evidence-informed strategy measures collected from the performance measure leads (pm lead);
• Evaluation planning;
• Development of a dissemination plan; and
• Data collection approaches.
