RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide mobility and parking services is committed to providing safe, equitable and predictable mobility and parking options for all residents, guests and visitors in the city.
- Provide a comprehensive communications and outreach program that is expected to include, at a minimum, the following measures, though specific tasks will be determined based on negotiation of a final agreed upon work:
• Administrative coordination of communications efforts with assigned city staff members and city-identified partners;
• Development of program/project-specific public outreach plans, marketing campaigns, community awareness strategies, messaging development, etc.
• Media strategies and coordination including paid and earned media strategies, TV, online and radio advertising and online/social media presence;
• Direct marketing and customer engagement, including sponsorship opportunities and third-party partnerships;
• Development and delivery of news articles, press releases, brochures, fact sheets, photos, website content, videos, talking points, press events, PowerPoint slide decks, and other collateral materials;
• Content development for the division webpage (city-hosted) and social media platforms;
• Social media content strategies, calendar management, and support for comment monitoring/moderation and response strategies;
• Crisis communication plan in case of unforeseen events, natural disasters, technology system outages, and other threats or emergencies;
• Development of visualizations (such as representative photography, infographics, etc.);
• Brand management of the park brand, and implementation of branding guidelines throughout all designated materials;
• Management of the division video campaign, including concept development, scripting, video production and publication. 
• Creation of other project-specific educational video segments as needed;
• On-going marketing of the park mobile payment application, city parking garages, and associated programs to sustain/expand utilization and customer satisfaction;
• Deployment of street team ambassadors and development field outreach toolkits;
• Identification of target market demographic segments and development of tailored outreach and education strategies for various projects, programs and initiatives;
• Development of customer surveys, market research and public opinion research;
• Language translation services (if needed, to supplement services available within the city), and/or other support services needed to reach populations with special needs;
• Assistance, coordination and collaboration with other consultant teams assisting the division/department on projects that interface with mobility and parking systems; and
• Assistance with facility upgrades and redesigns to improve the customer experience and/or enhance the aesthetics of the facility.  - Anticipated deliverables include:
• Earned media outreach strategy
• TV, online, and radio advertising content
• Education/marketing materials – fact sheets, talking points, presentations, safety messaging for various target audiences
• Creative mini campaigns – built around division priorities
• Social media content strategy/calendar
• Street teams/ambassadors strategy and field outreach plans
• Paid and organic social media content
• Print & digital collateral creation
• Stakeholder meeting content
