The vendor is required to provide multi-family inspection services in accordance with the housing quality standards (HQS), physical inspection or real estate, all state and local building codes, and the division housing trust fund rehabilitation standards for multi-family residential units statewide.
- Must determine deficiencies in each project based upon federal minimum housing standards, division minimum housing standards, and state and local building codes including, but not limited to, lead-based paint, asbestos, and radon requirements.
- Must conduct inspections, take photographs, and complete inspection forms provided by division via email, to document preliminary inspection of property and individual units (as applicable).
- Must perform initial onsite inspection of property per the work.
