• NMS shall monitor mission-critical backhaul network’s site-by-site link for events and breakages
• NMS will record and display data so la can look back in time and easily identify network failures and anomalies link-by-link with quality of service:
o Status up or down
o Jitter
o Latency
o Utilization
o Bandwidth utilization and throughput
o Packet loss
• NMS will detect network failure events in process
• NMS will identify cybersecurity hacks indicated by increased backhaul utilization
• NMS will identify developing problems in advance of failures
• NMS will manage multiple monitoring technologies for radio backhaul network and security
