The Vendor is required to provide real estate appraisal services to the City on-call on as-needed basis.
- Services may include:
• Provide surveying services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period.
• Provide a cost estimate for the requested survey report based on contracted valued within two (2) business days after request from the City; requests may be made via telephone or email.
• Disclose any potential conflict of interest that it may have prior to commencing any survey services.
• Conduct all surveys based on the guidelines below.
• Submit an invoice for each survey conducted, per Master Agreement.
- Professional Land Surveying:
• Boundary surveys;
• Land title surveys;
• Right-of-Way surveys;
• Route surveys;
• GPS surveying services;
• Topographic/Tree surveys;
• Channel cross-sections and profiles;
• Construction staking;
• As-built surveys (in accordance with the city’s GIS Submittal Checklist);
• Design surveys;
• Easement descriptions;
• Project/Primary control surveys; and
• Permitting surveys.
