The Vendor is required to provide real estate broker and sales services to market and sell parcels of surplus vacant real property of the school district on an as needed basis.
- Services includes, but is not limited to:
• Negotiate the sale of all parcels assigned to the broker by the district.
• Obtain executed purchase agreements in accordance with the form and content as directed by the district.
• Advise the district and its staff in matters regarding the purchase, offers, claims, counteroffers, and issues pertaining to the sale of the assigned property.
• Attend the closing scheduled on the sale by the district at the request of the district.
• Attend meetings and/or public hearings with district staff, their agents, district officials, and other parties involved, at either the request of the district or as part of the broker’s work effort.
• Maintain professional courtesy in all contacts with prospective buyers.
• Provide the district with the original and/or copy of all documents produced by the broker as result of the work assigned, if requested.
