The Vendor is required to provide computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) software for real property valuation and data storage.
- Assessing staff will handle the day-to-day work of answering phone calls from taxpayers, and connecting taxpayers with the real property technical field consultant leader as needed.
- Provide reasonable in-house chair, desk, computing workstation and internet access to real property CAMA valuation software technical valuation consultant leader (or assigns) on days when in town.
- Attend (or assign reasonable alternate staff member to attend) each meeting held in town requested by real property technical field consultant leader.
- Assessing staff handles the day-to-day work of entering newly collected data into the real property CAMA valuation software and of correcting existing data as needed.
- The real property technical field consultant leader will be asked to answer questions by board members about specific town properties, or to discuss some “regional metro- town area real property oriented analysis” that may affect town.
