The Vendor is required to provide signage production, installation, and graphic design in various hospital and clinical settings.
- Provide permanent signage solutions as well as offerors who can provide temporary signage solutions.
- Provide high-quality, affordable permanent signage services for the university, including athletics, academic campus and health care campus and clinics.
- Working with facilities management professionals, architects, and be able to read and understand construction plans, detailed shop drawings on complex signage needs.

- Temporary Signage:
• Temporary signage is defined as signage that is expected to be in use for one year or less.
- Examples of temporary signage are:

• Window and all clings
• 3D Wall Signs

• Flutter Flags
• Exhibit and Event (wayfinding, identification, etc.)
- Graphic Design Services:  hourly rate must include all fees and expenses required to product a job (mock-ups, conceptual designs, photography, etc.).  
- All artwork becomes property of university at conclusion of the project; in addition, university owns right to all materials and designs developed as a result of this contract.
