RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, real-time view of online conversations, allowing us to closely monitor social activity in a crisis situation, as well as to stay on top of brand mentions, direct messaging, and industry trends.
• Monitor brand sentiment – track real-time mentions of our brand to assess community (current students, prospective students, alumni, departments, community members, units and schools) sentiment and respond proactively.
• Improved reputation management: social listening enables us to quickly identify threatening or negative mentions and respond promptly, improving our brand’s overall reputation and ensuring appropriate action in a crisis situation.
• Analyze competitor activities – understand competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Identify content & trends – discover key trending topics that can drive content creation and engagement strategies.
• Improve customer service – enhance our customer service response times by quickly identifying and addressing customer inquiries or complaints on social platforms.
• Enhanced customer engagement: by monitoring social media conversations, we can engage with the university community in real-time, addressing concerns, answering questions, and showing that we value their input.
• Data-driven decisions: real-time insights and sentiment analysis will allow us to make data-driven decisions when it comes to content strategy, customer service, and crisis management.
• Content strategy refinement: trend identification capabilities will help us refine our content strategy by highlighting popular topics and emerging trends, allowing us to tailor our messaging to the most relevant subjects.
