The vendor is required to provide staff to conduct direct observation of drug screening in agency offices.
- Provide the vendor with office space to conduct the drug screens and the required drug screening supplies and materials (e.g., drug screen cups, gloves, required chain of custody forms, etc.).
- Staff in the office locations below to conduct direct observation of offender drug screens.
- The general office hours are 8:00-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, it would be helpful if the vendor has staffing flexibility for extended hours of operation (e.g., 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.) one day per week to accommodate offender reporting.
- The vendor will work with local leadership to determine the best use of the staffing hours, which will not exceed 40 hours per week, and the vendor will also ensure staff breaks, including lunch, are covered by the contract staff.
