The Vendor is required to provide temporary staffing or temp-to-hire services for the following positions.
• Accounting Assistant
• Administrative Assistant
• Receptionist
• Data Entry Clerk
• Network Support Specialist
• Human Resources Staff
• Purchasing Agent
- The agency shall notify the temporary service contractor when an opening exists; agency will detail the requirements for the position and the timeframe for which temporary help is needed; this information shall include the required response time for the contractor to provide a match for the temporary opening; (please note that the agency operates 24 hours per day/365 days per year, and employees may be needed to work a variety of shifts/days).
- The temporary service contractor shall notify the agency when a match has been determined, within the required timeframe provided at the time the contractor is notified to provide a temporary employee.
- The vendor will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified candidates in the required positions.
- The vendor should maintain a pool of pre-screened candidates to promptly fill staffing requests.
- Provide the agency with resumes and qualifications of prospective temporary personnel for approval prior to placement.
- The agency shall have the option of hiring a temporary employee on a permanent basis after a minimum initial temporary assignment period of 360 hours; the 360- hour minimum is per position, not per temporary employee.
- Temporary personnel will be employed on an as-needed basis, with assignments ranging from a few hours to several months based on operational requirements.
- Contract Period/Term: 4 years
