The vendor is required to provide utility technology services (UTS) provides a variety of advanced telephony services for the city of power, water and rail utilities.
- These services can generally be divided into three categories:
• Critical communications for 24/7 utility operational needs
• Customer contact
• General business use
- Utilities is looking for both a contact center platform and a unified communications platform and at utilities sole discretion, may award the contract to one, two, or no vendors.
- The key deliverables are:
• Provisioning of a contact center and a unified communications platform for utilities
• Delivery of implementation support and professional services for one or more services
• Support services for the maintenance of platform
• Training support for utilities employees using the system.
