The vendor is required to provide general legal services as typically provided by a town attorney and in accordance with the town code.
- The town can request a change of primary attorney at any time at which time another attorney shall be assigned.
- The supervisory role of the primary attorney, the town's work, or parts of it, may be performed by other attorneys and legal assistants in the firm for the purpose of involving lawyers or legal assistants with special expertise in a given area or for the purpose of providing services on the most efficient and timely basis.
