The Vendor is required to provide unemployment insurance claims management and processing employment, education and wage verification services.

• Initial downloading of agency payroll and employee information and data

○ Protest unwarranted/unjustified claims
• Drafting and submission of appeals, review and processing
○ Appeals may utilize vendor hearing representatives or attorneys as needed or requested by employer
○ Appeals to TWC tribunal
• Hearings preparation & consultation
○ Consultation and preparation of witnesses for all hearings
○ Follow-up consultation to discuss case(s) to determine next best course of action

• UC benefit charge auditing and budget forecasting
- The vendor solution should allow for easy integration with taleo so when an applicant completes i-9 information online in oracle taleo, human resources can easily submit the information to eVerify automatically and the vendor should have an oracle validated integration (OVI).
