The Vendor is required to provide a turnkey solution of material and installation of 20’ x 20’ GKD Media Mesh exterior video display.
- All work is to be performed at the new college parking garage.
- Media mesh installation will include required steel frame material and new power and data wiring terminating at an existing it power and data closet with existing power panels and data available to provide listed items to the media mesh.
- Contractor to provide all other required items for turnkey installation.
- College will provide a network computer to tie media mesh system control panel for GKD media mesh.
- Provide support for final owner training use and tie in programming for owner’s campus server.
- Solution must have the following:
• Capability for full resolution inputs supporting DVI, HDMI, and display port.
• Network accessible software management platform to program graphics files such as jpg, gif, png.
• Ability to support video files and formats such as mpg, h264, h265.
• Ability to display live video feed from a variety of sources such as live TV, video cameras, or streaming video sources.
• Ability to have multiple programs/slideshows/templates that can be easily designed, created, and edited by college staff.
