The Vendor is required to provide for a voter registration and election management system (VREMS) will be replaced with a modern platform that is capable of efficiently managing voter registration, vote-by-mail processes, poll worker scheduling, polling site coordination, election inventory tracking, and election-related reporting and correspondence.
- Replace its existing system with a modern, integrated software solution that supports all voter registration and election management operations. Key functionalities include:
• Voter registration
• Vote-by-mail coordination
• Election judge scheduling, tracking and correspondence
• Polling place site management
• Election inventory management
• Election-related reporting and correspondence.
