The vendor is required to provide that website refresh services on overall best website practices, modern designs and integration
- Website must be mobile responsive and performant on most devices.
- Encourage user interactivity, include depth to the design, and utilize white space, content and imagery in partnership.
- Graphics and brand strategies to the consultant, including visual components, logos, fonts, colors, and imagery.
- Website must have the ability to iframe and embed third party sites utilized by organization. northern water will take responsibility for third-party integration, which will be responsive friendly. third party sites include, but are not limited to:
• KISTERS– data portal
• Granicus – agenda management software
• Microsoft
• Infor – talent acquisition management
• ERSI geospatial information systems
- The website must be compliant with common website browsers, including edge, chrome, Firefox and safari, as well as mobile devices. full testing will be done once templates are installed into the content management system.
- Services may include, but are not limited to:
a. Home – home page for the Northern Water website.
b. Content – main content page with various integrations and widgets for use throughout the website.
c. Board – display pages for Board of Directors bios, images and details.
d. Calendar – integration with Microsoft Dynamics for all events and registration.
e. Document library – ability to display multiple documents in a convenient display.
f. History Events – pages for history timelines for content and images.
g. Iframe – iframe in a third-party site for website integration.
h. Link To – link to another page within the website to allow for multiple navigation links.
i. News – news content page to allow for images and video display components.
j. Public Notices – ability to post public notices for display on a page with publishing and calendar change abilities.
k. Water Account – area of the website for portal of water users to log in to account details.
- A budget range for this project has been set to $40,000 to $60,000 for fiscal year 2025.
