RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to engage a Service Provider for the positions sought for the 2025, 2026 and 2027 fund years commencing June 6, 2025, or upon appointment, whichever is later.
- The service provider is hereby appointed and retained as workers’ compensation payroll auditor for the fund to provide the services detailed in the fund’s by-laws, plan of risk management.
- Perform all of the duties of workers’ compensation payroll auditor for the fund as the same are set forth in the bylaws, risk management plan, applicable statutes and regulations and policies adopted by the fund's executive committee.
- Service provider shall continue to provide all of the services as outlined in the service provider's proposal to provide the service of workers' compensation, vehicle, and vehicle-inland marine audits services.
- The workers’ compensation payroll auditor requests additional monies over and above the per municipality fee, due to a member municipality's failure to properly keep payroll/vehicle records, this additional cost will be the responsibility of the member town and not the fund.
- Any authorization shall be based upon a written estimate from the service provider of the number of hours necessary for such work.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
