The Vendor is required to provide professional and technical assistance for homeownership and community development program.
- Assist staff in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating homeownership programs, which include, but are not limited to, the following services:
• Assist in the identification and review of current and new federal, state, and local homeownership programs and regulations.
• Assist in identifying new sources of homeownership funding opportunities to be implemented in County.
• Assist in reviewing, processing and coordination of individual homeownership loan applications for program compliance.
• Assist staff in developing and evaluating overall program objectives.
• Assist staff in reviewing all loan agreements and other documents associated with homeownership.
• Assist staff in updating and developing policies and procedures for homeownership programs.
• Assist staff in developing and implementing monitoring requirements for homeownership programs.
• Assist staff in preparation and submittal of funding applications for homeownership programs.
• Assist staff in developing policies and procedures.
• Assist staff with general program questions.
• Attend meetings as needed to assist staff, where necessary, in presenting staff recommendations committees, boards and councils.
