The Vendor is required to provide appropriately trained substitute teachers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Services include:
• Possess a valid state substitute teacher certificate or teaching certificate.
• Passed a pre-employment drug screening test as verified by contracted firm or individual.
• Possess a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the department.
• Been subject to and passed a prior employment and personal reference checks.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a classroom, follow lesson plans, and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Exhibit professional behavior, reliability, punctuality, and adherence to school district policies and procedures.
• Abide by all rules, regulations, and expectations set forth by the district.
• Be available on short notice to ensure consistent coverage across all grade levels and school sites as needed.
• Participate in any required orientation or training sessions provided by the firm or the School District.
