The vendor is required to provide that mechanical system spring branch campus, in accordance with the plans and specifications referenced herein.
- Provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, bracing, shoring, temporary construction of every nature, compliance with all mandated code, insurance, bonds, taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically accepted.
- To obtain all permits required in accordance with the plans, specifications and drawings through the permitting authority and certificate of occupancy/compliance and all documentation to complete the project and that are pertinent to allow college to operate the facility as intended.
- The project schedule of values consists of:
• Mechanical equipment removal
• New mechanical equipment material & install
• Mechanical controls (BAS)
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Warranty and maintenance closeout requirements
• General conditions
