The Vendor is required to provide by annual giving, has been engaged in fundraising via a student ambassador calling program.
- The program began 35 years ago and started with landlines and manual note taking.
- Program Demand and Requirements:
• Calling program fundraising software that is internet accessible and designed to support a telephone-based engagement and fundraising program through direct contact and integrated multichannel communications as well as associated user interfaces and related technology.
• Loads: Process of transferring data in a secure manner onto equipment, one or more times.
• Transferal of data and reporting in a secure safe manner, and secure file transfer protocol site is an example, to ensure compliance with state privacy rules and regulations.
• Segments: Divide data into group of past donors and prospective donors by one or more common attributes.
• Reporting Package: Delivery of standard reports on a daily and project summary basis that includes pledge reports, invalid phone reports, change of demographic reports, no pledge reports, request for information reports, and reports for comments on phone calls; project summary report to be ran weekly for statistics on the week and the project to date; these will include statistics on funds raised, number of pledges, number of no pledges, number of hour’s works and cost per hour and the number of calls made.
• Licenses: Up to 7 licenses to be used per shift.
• Training: Self-paced, online with additional training available.
• Credit Card Processing: Must have the ability to process credit cards in real time and a safe and secure manner.
• Designations: Must have the ability to designate donations to specific funds.
• Support: Must have reliable technical support up to 10pm AST.
• Caller ID: Must have the ability to have our university name show on caller ID.
- Software specifically designed for calling program solutions outcomes:
• Share current state fundraising via calling programs for the university, ensuring common understanding of the program needs.
• Document details of current challenges and/or gaps associated with calling program software and identify unique requirements, specific to the university.
• Learn about near-term and future / next-generation software programs for fundraising.
• Identify and document high-value opportunities to enhance future calling program software experience through appropriate planning for an academic environment.
• Identify and trial tools for enhancing student ambassador training and work success based on user experience.
