- The timeclock system must integrate seamlessly with workday human capital management (HCM) to support real-time synchronization of employee data, time tracking, and payroll information.
- The system must include both hardware and software components.
- The solution must comply with local, national, and international labor and data privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA.
