- Includes cop logic desk officer report systems (DORS), citizen online reporting system, police report fulfillment service and Accurint to assist the police department with report fulfillment services.
- The LexisNexis software currently interface with the department’s mark43 records management system (RMS).
- Software solution is operated and managed onshore
- Data that is stored in the cloud stored in a manner that meets or exceeds CJIS requirements.
- Multi-factor authentication.
- ISO 27001, fed ramp or sox 2 certification preferred.
