The vendor is required to provide language learning content for a wide variety of world languages.
- The solution will be a robust product that focuses heavily on the user experience, with features like a clean and modern interface, intuitive navigation, and a variety of content to help users of all ages and proficiency levels to learn new languages.
- The solution should provide users the option to access language learning content in a variety of home languages (i.e., the language in which the user is most comfortable); list the home languages in which users can access language learning content in the solution. - The solution should provide language learning content that caters to users with varying levels of proficiency (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced) in a language.
- The solution should provide usage statistics.
- The usage statistics can be generated in the solution, the frequency at which data is updated, the levels at which statistics can be generated (i.e., the province-wide level, the network operational partner level, and the state library level), and how agency, network operational partner and state library staff can access or produce reports on usage statistics.
