Cloud base Practicum Software

The vendor is required to provide that cloud base practicum software to act as a repository for materials to manage all aspects of practicum planning for social work education.
- The program should be a primary tool for monitoring student progress, data collection (timesheets, forms, etc.), and analysis.
- Technical requirements:
• Support for single sign-on (SSO)
• Integration with LMS (blackboard)
• Track and record student experiences and opportunities.
• Easy accessibility to students and alumni (at no additional lifetime cost to the individual)
• Be configurable to programs, scalable, and provide institutional branding.
• Offer technical support.
• Provide an easy-to-use interface.
• Support client customization.
• Handle data in a FERPA and HIPPA compliant manner.
• Allow users to upload any major digital file types.
• Meet or exceed industry standards for accessibility compliance.
• Serve as an interface for students to access and explore practicum site opportunities.
• Provide a system for tracking practicum hours per semester and in total.
• Provide tools for faculty assessment and student learning outcomes.
• Allow practicum partners access to upload, sign, and complete documents electronically, including evaluations.
• Provide a secure environment to complete and house affiliation agreements
