- The software should support automated data imports and exports.
- The vendor will provide both bulk printing and support in the in-house printing of staff ID cards.
- The vendor should offer a card design service and/or functionality to assist with designing the look and content of the new ID badges. There may be multiple designs needed.
- The vendor should offer miscellaneous supplies and equipment such as, but not limited to, lanyards, badge holders, badge reels, and compatible badge printers. - Card Specifications

• The ID cards must support two operating frequencies – 13.56 MHz (SEOS) and 125 KHz (Proximity); this is referred to as a dual-tech card.
• Provide a quote for HID PN 5105RGGMNM (16k) and HID PN 5106RGGMNM (8k)
