Healthcare Education Management System

The Vendor is required to provide a healthcare education management system that allows us to integrate processes and workflow from student to faculty.
- Software include:
• Software must allow for institutional oversight with a centralized approach for all levels in graduate medical education (GMEC) and undergraduate medical education (UMEC).
• Must provide complete, evolving personnel management for GMEC, UMEC, and rotating residents.
• System must be able to function as Human Resources onboarding tool.
• Must contain the ability to create assessment tools with or without milestones.
• Must provide complete robust reporting functioning that is easy to use for all users.
• Must provide complete manageable capability of rotation schedules to inform financial reporting, specifically, HRIS reporting.
• Must be able to sync to multiple online scheduling software systems.
• Must have a user-friendly clinical hours reporting system with mobile device.
• Must be able to provide comprehensive procedure logging, scholarly and quality improvement project tracking.
• Must provide a vigorous curricular and milestone management system.
• Must allow for the creation of institutional annual program evaluation and annual institutional report.
• Must provide affiliation agreement database that can be searchable in multiple parameters.
• Must be able to distribute and allow for electronic signature on resident contracts.
• Must provide consulting for all educational topics.
• Must contain communication pathway/board that is customizable for both GME and/or individual programs where messages can be displayed to the entire institution and/or the use of programs in real time.
• Must provide prompt and accessible support services.
• Must provide on-line training as well as accessible support videos and services.
• Must allow for conference tracking with or without mobile device.
• Must provide undergraduate student management in all areas including demographics, performance assessment, schedule management, course administration, institutional oversight, as well as ensure transition to residency.
• Must allow for creation of rotator affiliation application and successful notification of completion and management.
• System must be able to easily sync with other institutions at low or no cost.
• Must have a dynamic and user-friendly mobile experience compatible with multiple operating devices.
• System must be secure, reliable, compliant, and encrypted to ensure safe keeping of personal information and documents. - Multi-tiered training requirements requested: on-site, videos, conference calls, demonstration sessions, power point presentations, and user guides.
