The vendor is required to provide any direct experience with Saba cloud, cornerstone or like learning management applications.
- Records of performance management and learning management system technical support and optimization activities.
- Provide learning management system technology expertise providing both strategic and tactical level work including ongoing consultation, new project/ upgrade analysis and execution, and miscellaneous technical trouble shooting, support and development.
- Work also includes the opportunity to assess current processes, identify gaps and propose and execute solutions that will help to optimize the system, provide a better “user experience” and meet compliance/accreditation requirements.
- Examples of work could include: Creating a process to ensure current and future job titles are assigned to the correct courses.
- Lead clean up and organizational efforts to ensure current performance reviews and learning modules are relevant and timely for users and outdated content is archived appropriately.
- Provide 48 hour timely and accurate response to agency workforce to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical consultation for leveraging online learning and virtual reality training for a large scale, system wide, complex project.
- Build and or provide technical support and guidance, system configuration and reporting to increase the efficiency of the performance management workflows.
- Saba cloud consultant, critical thinking, problem solving, solutions oriented, ability to handle competing priorities in a timely, accurate manner, work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals and objectives.
