The vendor is required to provide systems control center support system:
• Monitor gauges, measure pump, vacuum, instrument and service air pressure, and hydraulics;
• Monitor suction and discharge elevation;
• Monitor reservoir and weir elevation, and discharge valve positioning;
• Troubleshoot any problems;
• Perform direct startup and stopping of pumps in accordance with the load demand; perform minor repairs to equipment;
• Request repair and generate WOs for maintenance service;
• Respond to emergency situations and immediately notify the appropriate agency personnel and treatment operations staff;
• Coordinate control systems functions with other systems operations staff;
• Apply the capabilities, application, policies, procedures and protocol of process control system administration;
• Set up process pumping and distribution, wastewater collection and water or wastewater treatment processing equipment status using graphical objects displayed;
• Accumulate process operation data and use historical and current process trends to initiate process control changes as conditions warrant;
• Enter data to generate daily report and operating logs;
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); and
• Provide on-the-job training.
1. Ability to
• Perform shift work which includes day, afternoon, night, weekend and holiday assignments.
• Adhere to agency security and safety procedures in performing work duties.

- Systems control technician and operator trainee
1. Physical requirements:
• Climb ladders and scaffolding;
• Work in confined spaces, elevated locations and descend underground;
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds;
• Walk, stand, or work for long periods of time;
• Demonstrate normal color perception;
• Hear audible alarms and detect abnormal equipment sounds;
• Visually inspect equipment and processes at any time of day or night;
• Wear respiratory protection when necessary and other personal protective equipment; and
• Carry, stack, dig, shovel, hit, push, pull and other efforts that require considerable physical strength.
2. Environmental working requirements:
• The ability to work in all conditions involving exposure to outside element and seasonal weather.
• Services may also be performed in an office or field environment or at remote locations within the agency service area.

• Have a valid state driver's license and the ability to drive a consultant-provided motor vehicle on all terrains.

- Systems control operational support engineer
• Provide personnel to fulfill the systems control operational support engineer position who shall provide expertise on activities associated with the refinement and improvement of control loops, communications, and other capabilities associated with the optimization of the systems control center operation through the control center.
• The services include providing techniques, strategies, and tools for developing decision support standards for improved performance for the systems control center operators.
• This position reports directly to the systems control center management team and other agency staff on tasks associated with the control system and development of management and decision support tools.
• The operational support engineer shall provide on-the-job training to agency staff.
