The Vendor is required to provide enterprise customer data platform is currently operational within an azure and data bricks environment and includes multiple live integrations, identity resolution processes, governance controls, and enterprise reporting via power bi.
- Production support and platform operations
• Monitoring and maintenance of production data pipelines
• Issue triage, root cause analysis, and break and fix resolution
• Maintenance of technical documentation and runbooks
• Ongoing operational support to ensure a minimum 99.5% production uptime target
- New data source integration
• Integration of additional enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, financial systems, marketing platforms, third-party systems)
- Identity resolution and advanced data capabilities
• Enhancement and refinement of deterministic and probabilistic matching rules
• Support for advanced segmentation and predictive analytics initiatives
- Executive and operational analytics (power bi)
• Development and maintenance of enterprise-grade power bi dashboards
• Version control and deployment management for power bi artifacts
- Governance and security
• Ongoing validation of data lineage and governance controls
• Support for regulatory and compliance-aligned data management practices
- Knowledge transfer and enablement
• Documentation of architecture, processes, and metric definitions
• Transition support planning if required
- Staffing model requirements vendor must provide adequate resources to complete the engagement including:
• A dedicated program lead
• A dedicated data engineering resource
• Senior-level data architecture oversight
• A data science and identity resolution expert
• A power bi enterprise reporting expert.
