The Vendor is required to provide homeless management information system (HMIS) for include:
- HMIS administrative support
• Create custom reports, screening tools, and HMIS functions at the request of the county.
• Advise county of any new housing and urban development (HUD) requirements for HMIS, CES, board or other related systems.
• Assist the health department in the purchase of computer equipment, software, licenses, and other items related to the HMIS.
• Assist in the maintenance of an inventory list of all equipment, software, and licenses purchased by county with HMIS funds.
• Complete the annual longitudinal system analysis (LSA) report for the continuum of care for county as required by HUD.
• Provide to the office of community reinvestment monthly service and data reports to ensure agency data quality.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports related to HUD grants
• Assist in the preparation of the point in time survey and housing inventory chart.
• Act as HMIS lead and submit grant-related data to HUD per federal and state requirements.
• On occasion, assist in presenting information generated from HMIS to the board, general membership, and other stakeholders.
- Technical assistance to HMIS users
• Provide regular ta to HMIS users, including evenings and weekends as agreed upon by both parties.
• Technical assistance would include: agencies experiencing difficulties with the systems, system upgrades, and general questions about the systems.
• Train board staff on how to utilize Qlik, Stella p, and other reporting functions to provide real-time data to the board and stakeholders
• Advice the department recommended changes in software, hardware, and training needs for the HMIS.
• Perform system administration and technical assistance for the latest version of Wellsky human services software and qlikreporting software for all participating agencies.
• Provide training related to the implementation of the homeless management information system.
• Assist county HMIS users with federal and state submissions as needed and approved by the county
• Conduct site visits, either virtually or in person, to review data quality, updated HUD requirements, and board policies for data entry.
