The Vendor is required to provide for common formative assessments that offer comprehensive information on how all students and identified subgroups are mastering district-identified priority skills, standards, and practices across all content areas.
- Provide a system capable of supporting the development, administration, scoring, reporting, and analysis of standards-aligned assessments across grades K-12.
- The district may expand to additional subject areas including, for example, music, art, health, PE, and world languages.
- The platform would include a comprehensive data monitoring and reporting system, including dashboards and reports that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- This should include district-level aggregate reporting, subgroup reporting for populations such as English Language Learners and students with disabilities, and instructional reports that disaggregate performance by standards, skills, practices, or dimensions.
- The system should support differentiated instructional groupings and clearly display student progress over time across administrations (for example, beginning, middle, and end of year).
- The data from these assessments should be able to inform teachers' instruction, including supporting the identification of specific skills, standards, and practices with which students are not demonstrating proficiency as well as the identification of specific students who need additional support.
- Must support the use of embedded media, such as images, videos, and other non-textual content.
- Must have a flexible platform to allow school buildings and other district-wide monitoring tools, such as school common assessments, surveys, and other testing data.
- Must work within the district’s timelines.
- Must be able to provide training to multiple stakeholder groups.
- Must be able to provide training virtually or in person, depending on the stakeholder group.
- Must be able to provide an online training option for teachers/staff.
- Must be able to provide a detailed professional development plan and/or options
- Must be able to report based on item analysis or gap analysis for each question.
- Must be able to disaggregate science standards by dimension
- Must be able to report on Standards and have a multiple assessment report comparing the priority standards over different administrations.
- Must be able to download data as a csv to be able to do different data analysis.
- Prefer the system to make graphs.
- Must be able to customize reports or create new reports as needed.
- Need a cost for custom new reports.
- Must have a user-friendly parent report and in the family’s home language.
