The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support and enhance our recruitment and hiring processes.
- The system must offer improved functionality, user experience, and seamless integration capabilities with existing systems, such as background checks, and delivered to the City as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
