The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, student-centered college, career, and life readiness (CCLR) Platform System to support K–12 students and their families in academic planning, career exploration, and postsecondary readiness.
- The school system currently operates 62 elementary schools, 17 middle schools, 13 high schools, three combined schools (two serving grades 1–8 and one serving Kindergarten–8), and three other educational institutions.
- The system must be accessible to students and families through multilingual support and inclusive design, and it must allow students to export and retain their Academic and Career Plan profile for future use.
- Solution that complements existing district initiatives and supports educators and administrators in monitoring student progress and program effectiveness.
- The platform must reflect the current and evolving world of work and provide meaningful, appropriate experiences beginning in the early grades and deepening through secondary school.
- a system that empowers students to engage in self-discovery, identify interests and strengths, explore a broad range of postsecondary options, and build personalized academic and career pathways aligned with college, career, military, and other life goals.

- The system must be developmentally appropriate, equity focused, and capable of evolving with students as they progress through grade levels.
- A comprehensive, student-centered platform that enables students to identify interests and strengths through developmentally appropriate assessments; explore academic and career options; and develop personalized pathways toward postsecondary outcomes, including college, career, military service, and other life goals.
- Functionality that supports age-appropriate use across grade levels, with increasing depth and flexibility as student’s transition into secondary and postsecondary planning.
- Multilingual access and intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for students, families, and school staff.
- Integration of current and emerging workforce data, college and university information to include admissions statistics specific to the school and school division, military branch and academy pathways, labor market insights, and career trends relevant at the local, regional, and national levels.
- College application and postsecondary documentation functionality, including storage, tracking, and submission of transcripts, letters of recommendation, and related materials, with the option for integration with the Common Application or similar services.
- Functionality to support work-based learning experiences, including the ability to store, track, send, and receive documentation related to internships, job shadowing, apprenticeships, or similar experiences from both internal and external stakeholders.
- School-level and district-level data dashboards that provide real-time statistics, task assignment and monitoring, survey capabilities, alumni persistence tracking, and the option for integration with National Student Clearinghouse data.
- Capability to transfer data from another Academic and Career Planning Resource System as part of a transition plan.
- Provide a project plan with tasks, timelines, milestones, roles, risk mitigation strategies, and communication protocols. This plan should include a transition plan from another system, if applicable.
- Provide a testing plan, including user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance, issue tracking, and resolution prior to full deployment.
