The vendor is required to provide laboratory information management system (LIMS) for software, implementation services, data migration, system integration, validation support, training, and ongoing maintenance and support.
- Requirement:
• Solution that supports the full lifecycle of laboratory operations, including sample collection, receipt, analysis, quality control, quality assurance, validation, reporting, and data management.
• System shall support both laboratory and field activities, including configurable mobile functionality for field sampling and chain-of-custody processes.
• This includes, but is not limited to, sample records, analytical results, quality assurance and quality control (qa/qc) data, chain-of-custody information, attachments, instrument-generated data, audit history, and other related records necessary to maintain data integrity, traceability, historical reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• The solution shall be capable of integrating with agency existing enterprise and operational systems, including but not limited to WIMS, SAP, SCADA, GIS, and laboratory instrumentation.
• The LIMS solution shall be designed to support future enterprise system and laboratory technology changes, including emerging cloud systems, new analytical instruments, and evolving cybersecurity requirements.
• The LIMS shall provide native reporting functionality for laboratory operations, including support for compliance-driven reporting and electronic data deliverables where applicable, as well as the ability to integrate with enterprise analytics platforms such as Microsoft power bi.
