- The desired software will be used to analyze traffic safety data, identify high-risk areas, and support the implementation of the City’s Vision Zero Action Plan.
- Other available relevant traffic data, including near-miss detection, pedestrian near-miss detection, seatbelt use detection, and other data will be evaluated as part of the consideration of overall value for
money.
• Geospatial Analysis: Tools for mapping and visualizing traffic data, including heat maps and before-and-after graphical comparisons of user-selected data between two user-defined time
periods for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented countermeasures. Of particular interest is reduction of speeds and reduction of crashes involving severe injury or fatality.
• Risk Assessment: Features to identify high-risk areas and predict potential crash hotspots using advanced analytics.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Customizable reports and interactive dashboards for monitoring traffic safety metrics. The solution shall support reporting based on user-defined map areas such
as city commission districts
• User Access and Security: Role-based access control to ensure data security and privacy.
• Scalability: Ability to handle large datasets and scale as needed.
