- System must also provide the ability to:
1. identify
2. monitor, and
3. report on high-risk domestic violence, and
4. intimate partner violence cases.
- The system must include:
1. secure remote access
2. role-based permissions
3. individual user accounts
4. multifactor authentication where available
5. audit trails
6. encryption of data at rest and in transit
7. routine backups
8. disaster recovery protections, and
9. safeguards appropriate for confidential victim information.
- The system must allow data to be reviewed for completeness and accuracy before reports are submitted to funding and oversight agencies.
