- Desired functionality shall include, but be limited to, the following:
a. Ability to track and manage all leave and overtime requests,
b. Ability to create and manage schedules as an essential function,
c. Ability to manage holidays on the schedules, including different pay treatments for the holidays per specific contracts, as essential function,
d. Display current roster for supervisors to track and manage daily absences and maintain minimum shift coverage,
e. Shift bidding functionality, supporting fair, transparent, and contract aligned assignments of shifts,
f. Accommodate multiple Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) workweeks,
g. Interface with King County’s Peoplesoft system,
h. Ability to pull active and inactive personnel data, in a consumable format, to populate profiles in other applications used for, and by, County.
