An integrated end-to-end investment management compliance, technology, and fund administration platform that will report into the C-Suite. This will enable Encasa to move away from the current investment fund manager structure to a new business platform that focuses on the core competencies of Encasa: sector engagement and client service.
- System include:
• Identify a qualified business partner capable of providing an integrated endto-end investment management, compliance, technology, and fund administration platform.
• Evaluate Proponents based on their fund services capabilities, regulatory compliance framework, and proprietary technology platform
• Select a partner who will reduce Encasa’s internal operational costs while maintaining or improving investment performance and investor service quality, including providing CIO capabilities
• Establish a future-state operating model that supports Encasa’s AUM growth objectives and longer-term transition toward a managed-portfolio model.
