• Successfully migrate financial data from GP and other relevant systems to the new FMS;
• Integrate the FMS with systems across CPSA to support efficient, accurate, and automated information sharing;
• Streamline and modernize financial processes through increased automation, workflow capabilities, and reduction of manual processes;
• Provide comprehensive training to CPSA staff;
• Ensure a smooth transition to production with minimal disruption to business operations.
