Facility Utility Assessment System

Vendors to provide, implement, configure, and support a comprehensive Utility Management Live Dashboard and Analytics System for monitoring, managing, analyzing, and reporting District utility consumption and associated expenditures, accounts, and meter information.
- Utility Management Live Dashboard and Analytics System are to:
1. Establish a centralized database of all District utility accounts and meters.
2. Identify each utility account and meter by the corresponding campus, facility, building, and physical location.
3. Provide regularly updated utility consumption and expenditure information through a live webbased dashboard, based upon the most current data available from the applicable utility provider or data source.
4. Allow District personnel to view and analyze electricity, natural gas, and water usage by individual facility, campus, meter, account, and utility type.
5. Provide historical monthly and annual consumption and expenditure data.
6. Identify usage trends, anomalies, significant increases/decreases, and potential areas for investigation.
7. Provide reports and analytical tools for Facilities, Maintenance, Finance, Energy Management, and District Administration.
8. Improve the District's ability to monitor utility consumption and expenditures, identify potential waste, and support budgeting and operational decisions.
9. Provide a scalable system capable of accommodating future facilities, meters, utilities, and data sources.
