- Web-based applications will allow straightforward access through common web browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Firefox, or Google Chrome), with no additional configuration requirements beyond standard security settings within the browser. A demonstration of a successful connection through various browsers and on various machine configurations will be required.
- The system must utilize a robust, scalable, relational database and be OBDC compliant.
- The CMMS will allow administrators to set differing user access levels that will control system permissions
- Pre-established & exportable closing reports & auto e-mailed billing statements: The system must accommodate “push-button billing” through a pre-established, exportable billing report that can be configured to auto-run on a set schedule. It must also be able to auto-generate the accompanying billing statements and auto-email them to designated recipients. These must be “out of the box” functions that require no special configuration or administrative support from the user.
