minimizing disruptions to the student population.
1. Provide a secure, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)-compliant platform for processing electronic payments;
2. Deliver a seamless user experience for students, parents, and staff;
3. Enable real-time payment posting to student accounts;
4. Support multiple payment channels (online, mobile);
5. Improve reporting, reconciliation, and operational efficiency; and,
6. Reduce manual intervention and payment exceptions.
- Student disbursement services provided by potential respondents and the selected respondent/contractor must include a secure, efficient, and compliant solution for processing and distributing student refunds resulting from financial aid, overpayments, and other credit balances.
1. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of student refunds;
2. Provide multiple, convenient disbursement options for students;
3. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements;
4. Improve transparency, reporting, and student experience; and,
5. Integrate seamlessly with ACC’s Student Information System (SIS) and financial
platforms
