Vendors to provide a comprehensive employee recognition, engagement, and service awards platform that supports employee retention, engagement, morale, workforce appreciation, and organizational culture across the University and UI Health Care.
- Solution shall include:
• Recognition software that enables employees and leaders to send recognition messages, celebrate achievements, and acknowledge employee contributions via a virtual platform.
• Service award management for milestone anniversaries beginning at five (5) years of continuous service and recurring every five years thereafter or at other intervals as determined by the University. Services shall include milestone tracking, award catalogs, customizable acrylic statues representing years of service, award selection, ordering, fulfillment, and celebration support.
• A rewards marketplace that allows employees to select a gift based on number of years of service with the value of gift increasing as years of service increases.
• Custom awards, gifts, and recognition materials that reflect the University's culture, mission, and values.
• Reporting and analytics tools that enable Human Resources and leadership to monitor participation, engagement, recognition activity, redemption trends, and overall program effectiveness.
• The ability to scale the program as needed and establish multiple billing and administrative accounts to allow separate oversight of the program (Academic University and Healthcare)
• Bid will focus primarily on Years of Service recognition, but in the event the University would like to expand its recognition efforts in the future, supplier should have a full suite of recognition programs to include daily recognition, onboarding packages customizable to the University and various peer to peer recognition options capable of integrating into Microsoft suite products
• Mobile and frontline accessibility that allows employees working in hospitals, clinics, and other non-desk environments to participate in recognition activities.
• The supplier shall provide all implementation services, award administration, fulfillment services, rewards management, customer support, training, account management, and recognition expertise required to operate a successful program. While the University will establish recognition criteria and program governance, the supplier shall provide the technology, operational support, and best-practice guidance necessary for ongoing program administration.
