Planned Giving and Non-Cash Gift Platform Services

Implement a comprehensive planned giving and non-cash gift platform that makes it easier for donors to understand, consider, and initiate charitable gifts while improving IdahoPTV's ability to identify, document, administer, and steward these opportunities. .
- Solution should complement IdahoPTV's existing fundraising and donor stewardship efforts while providing a positive, accessible, and straightforward experience for donors. The solution should be designed for donors with varying levels of familiarity with charitable giving and estate planning, including donors who may require education before deciding whether a particular giving vehicle is appropriate for them.
- Contractor must provide:
1 A comprehensive donor-facing charitable giving platform.
2 Online estate planning tools available at no cost to donors.
3 Legacy giving and gift intention documentation tools.
4 Non-cash gift solutions including stock, Exchange-Traded Fund (EFT), Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) from Individual Retirement Account(s) (IRAs), Donor-Advised Funds (DAF), and/or other charitable giving vehicles.
5 Administrative dashboards and reporting tools.
6 Implementation and onboarding services.
7 Staff training and user support.
8 Ongoing software maintenance and technical support.
9 Flat-file data export or direct Allegiance CRM integration capabilities.
