It will compare full transition into the Integrated HR Payroll System, enhancement of existing the Integrated HR Payroll System or statewide reporting using available information, and enhancement of the UNC System DataMart to provide missing information to OSC and OSHR; price real-time or near-real-time, monthly, quarterly, and appropriate hybrid exchange or refresh models; and produce deliverables supporting the Board of Governors' report
